Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) have no problem to spend much money to get the best coach in the future for Harimau Malaya.
FAM able to do so if this method able to improve the quality of football in our country.
Minister of Youth and Sport, Khairy Jamaluddin said about that when he is act on behalf of government side. He said that if the future coach chosen must be better, caliber and competent to bring our soccer level into higher class of football.
In the modern age, money is very important to gain a better coach despite to spend much money to get the overseas coach at world-class level.
Khairy Jamaluddin commented on FAM issues to pay no matter how the number is if you want to get the best coach.
Recently, the French coach, Philippe Troussier made the salary claims RM400,000 (US$126,805) a month compare to salary offered by FAM RM57,000 (US$18,000).
When asked FAM about this matter, secreatary general of FAM Datuk Hamidin Mohd Amin said that there is not a problem but most important is to increase the quality of Malaysia Football into the world-class.
