Malaysian Hockey mission failed, Dharma Raj should be fired?

Head Coach Hockey of Malaysia, Muhammad Dharmaraj Abdullah is on hot issue after Malaysia hockey team lost in a series of matches in Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014.


Malaysia won the first meeting against Canada with 2-0. After that, Malaysia has failed to achieve any victory even more shame when they lost to the country to 29 world, Trinidad & Tobago with score 2-4.

Furthermore, Malaysia lost with big defeat to England 1-8 and New Zealand 1-6.


Previous, Dharma Raj critized management MHC as 'very weak' and as managing hockey sport like in a cave.


He then called to give a show cause letter to explain to MHC before the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014  on the reason of openly criticizing MHC's management in his social Facebook's wall.
Senior Vice President of MHC, Manjid Majid Abdullah called Dharma Raj and his coaching staff should be fired as Malaysia Hockey team has another 50 days mission to Incheon Asian Games this coming September.


"I will give a full report on the meeting of the combination of coaching and it is up to them to support or not," said Manjid yesterday.


Prior to the Hoceky World Cup 2014,  10 senior players met Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, MHC president to do not let Dharma Raj to take responsibility as the Malaysia 's National Coach.
Malaysia will meet Scotland for the determination of the 7th and 8th place, while the women's hockey managed to finish 7th place when defeated Canada 3-0 in the determination of a penalty corner after draw 2-2.
