Nicol will meet Jenny in the quarter-finals

World number one squash player Datuk Nicol Ann David booked a quarter-final slot when easily beat Megan Craig  from New Zealand in straight sets 11-7, 11-6, 11-5 in 26 minutes at Scotstoun Squash Centre yesterday.


He will meet Jenny Duncalf of England, who beat Sam Cornett of Canada 11-4, 11-5 and 11-7.
While in the men squash, Mohd Nafiizwan Mohd Adnan has lost to Peter Barker of England, 7-11, 6-11 and 3-11.


Cycling
'The pocket rocket man', Malaysia track sprint cyclist, Mohd Azizul Awang failed to semi-finals after winning only one race against Sam Webster, riders from New Zealand. In this event, need at least two wins to move into the semi-finals.
