Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 : Malaysia latest result and standing

Mohd Mansor Hafifi successfully produced the country's first gold medal in the men's weightlifting 69 kg. The silver medal was won by Yinka Ayenuwa of Nigeria and bronze medals were won by Omkar Otari from India.

Squash
World number one Datuk Nicol Ann David stepped into the semi-finals when she beat England's Jenny Duncalf 3-1. (11-9, 11-7, 5-11, 11-4).


Rugby 7 side
In the first match, Malaysia lost to Wales 52-0. Next Malaysia lost to Papua New Guinea 36-7.

Gymnastics Rhythmic
Wong Poh San donate a silver medal in the Individual Ribbon and a bronze medal in the Individual Hoop.

Shooting
In the women's 10m air rifle final, Nursuriani Mohamed Taibi managed to get a bronze medal. While gold and silver medals won by participants from India, Apurvi Chandela and Ayonika Paul.


Badminton
In badminton women's mixed, Malaysia beat Sri Lanka 5-0.

Men's Hockey
Malaysia beat Canada 2-0


Table Tennis Women's Team
Malaysia stepped into final after beating Australia 3-1 in the semifinals. Before that Malaysia beat England 3-1 in the quarter-finals.

Malaysia will meet Singapore in the final. Singapore's semi-final defeat India 3-1
